Nice budget hotel close to Moulin Rouge and Metro. Bathroom small and a bit old but clean. Friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Continental breakfast (croissant, bread, jam, coffee, juice) included; also a couple of supermarkets close by. Opera is within walking distance (10 minutes). You can take the airport bus right from the Opera (10 euros). I would stay there...

We stayed at the Pavillon Opera Lafayette last week for four nights. Our room was an apartment not in the main hotel building but approx 50m down the street. The only part of the main hotel we encountered was the main reception/lobby area.
The lobby area looked like it had recently been redecorated - it was clean, light and airy....

Location is ok - close to Gare du Nord, however not that close to the Opera as the name suggests. Booked a 3 night stay, on the first night I was given a HORRIBLE room on the ground floor - its door doubled as a window (meaning there was no window, you had to open the door for ventilation), ALL...

I booked five nights+breakfast at this hotel mid September. It is very basic, modest and clean hotel. The first thing I did upon arrival was to check the mattress for bed bugs mentioned in some older posts about this hotel. It was new and clean and everything in my room (no. 25 with courtyard view - no view - but...

Chose this place because of price. We did not expect much, but we were out early in the morning and back after dark. It served our needs perfectly.
The beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The place is in need of a revamp. Walls are paper thin, and you hear your neighbors if they are loud....

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Location is 5 minutes from metro station and 5-10minutes from main railway station. Decor could do with updating but it is a budget hotel. Why would anyone want to spend time in a hotel room, when they are visiting PARIS anyway???
We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of August and had already prepared ourselves for disappointment prior to the arrival. While everyone talks of how close the metro station was, when heading back to the hotel at night, all uphill, the ten minute walk can seem a lot further than it has to be. The hotel must be an...

We have travelled widely across Europe and accept the many different standards facilities of hotel, but, unfortunately, this is the first time in 45 years that we have had to walk out of a hotel because the room offered was, in our opinion, almost uninhabitable. We could not occupy it for 3 minutes let alone 3 days. It was on the...

This was our second stay at the hotel, having previously visited 5 years ago. It's a good location that's walking distance from Gare du Nord, several metro stations, Montmartre/Sacre Coeur. Rooms are fine and pretty much as expected for a budget hotel. Bathrooms are small but adequate. Breakfast was good.
