Just wanted to make a quick note of appreciation for the staff at the front desk specifically Franny and Valerie, both have been extremely helpful with every little request and speak fluent English. We upgraded from original booking to one of the newly renovated rooms, additional cost, however worth the money we are very comfortable in our room!
