- Niel Hotel Paris

Hotel is very clean and rooms are presented well but there was no kettle in the room, there was a vending machine downstairs but it was out of order for our whole stay so no hot or cold drinks available apart from at breakfast. No hot water for 2 days for baths or showers and the internet connection was not...

Never got a refund for monies taken from my account just a series of very rude emails. Never received breakfast which was paid for. Staff rude and theft is simply unforgivable!!
Just spent 2 nights at this hotel which is located just 10mins walk from the Arc De Triomphe in a quiet street but next to a bustling area around the Avenue Des Ternes. The hotel is a very good standard 3 star - with not bad sized bedrooms for Paris and it provides an excellent base for exploring the City....

Stolen money! This is a small hotel in a good location. The hotel doesn't offer anything extra but is in a great location near restaurants and a street market as well as the very famous shopping street. The rooms are clean although looking out my window at the rear of the building on level one to see a used panty...

We spent two nights here with small children and just didn't feel like we got good value. The room we had was a family room on the first floor. With a large window/door we didn't really feel safe at all due to it backing up to an alley. That combined with minimal cleanliness lead to poor value for the money
