The staff were unhelpful. Didn't advise guests about the breakfast room being four doors away in a hot cellar!! Not suitable for disabled travellers. Dreadful area. Rooms and shower was clean. Very convenient spot to travel from. A rat was spotted running along the balconies across the street.

Very disappointed, would say it was a youth hostel, we found a 4* hotel for the same price, which was much nicer. Staff we're unhelpful, not in a pleasant area of Paris, no amenities eg bar etc, and not an area for French food. Strange that it has a good review score, was expecting a lot more.

The rooms were very clean with lovely ensuits, the receptionist was also very helpful. Only downside was the double room felt a little bit cramped, along with the lift. There could have been more variety for breakfast, nonetheless food was nice and all in all I would recommend this hotel as it's a great location and modern and clean :)
