It is an ETAP and an IBIS in the same building. Location is much more favorable for travellers arriving by car from a highway (which is very close, please mind if you are sensitive to noises). Otherwise the hotel, room and breakwast are OK.

Not the most accessible of hotels, but cheaper than the Ibis at Bercy Village. It served its purpose. Not the friendliest of reception staff when we checked in, though the girl in the morning was fine. The breakfast was good value for money.

Overall is a good option if you are looking a clean hotel without luxury. Ideal for young couples or lonely travelers. It offers wifi, good breakfast and an Spanish speaking staff.
