This was a prefect place for us to stay for a few days in Paris. Its location is great, quiet, close to metro stops and bus lines, with cafes and shops. Our son stayed here while visiting a friend nearby and was treated very courteously! Not luxurious but comfortable enough, the room was perfectly satisfactory.
