Ridiculous bathroom size, ridiculous elevator size, poor breakfast, unfriendly staff at the cafetaria (the only nice staff actually was at the reception). You could hear people talking and the water running in the pipes next room, the heating was not always working (outside 7ºC), the cleaning was not always done.
