the stuff was very nice, ready to help and to explain. the room was clean and and the bedroom was big enough for 3 adults . The possibility to make cafe or tea in the room was missing It was a very nice holyday

The hotel is centrally located which is good but the hotel is noisy, there was no hot water and the member of staff we met when we checked in was friendly but not when we left - maybe she was having a bad day!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in December. Friendly and helpful staff, and situated close to train station, which made it very easy to commute from place to place. It was winter but the room was comfortable and warm. would definitely go back to this hotel if in Paris.

this hotel is a complet lie about everything ,it doesnt deserve to have any star the rooms are too small and stinky , you can here your neighbours at the other room talking , and the service is horrible ,so for all the price that you put to have a room its a real extortion

A very good hotel, friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and it was very clean. Metro stop was just around the corner.
