This family-owned hotel provides personalized, friendly service. The room was comfortable. The elevator worked well, The hotel is right next top a bus step and very close to the Metro. The Batignolles is a great Paris neighborhood, close to everything, with two fine parks, andt not overrun with tourists.

The hotel has recently been taken over and the new owners have started a hotel renovation at lobby, dining room & ect. Service was very friendly and they do speak France, English and Mandarin. The rooms are clean,comfortable and good value. We stayed at this hotel for a week and we love it, would definately stay there again.
