Nice hostel, functional, clean and very well positioned. (Latin quarter) Excellent value for money. We booked a 10 female room and it was nice and spacious. Good and abundant breakfast (included). Sheets, pillow covers and blankets provided and rooms are very warm. Spacious and functional shared spaces. When we arrived we could not check in (because check in is after... More

A little overpriced for what we got, but not bad. Uncomfortable beds and NO SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE BATHROOM (seriously how hard is it to buy one?) but breakfast was included. Good breakfast, too! Hot drinks, bread & rolls, many spreads for the bread, juice, etc. Computer with internet for 0.01/minute if you need it. Luggage room doesn't have a... More

I'd read other reviews before staying here, so I knew it wasn't going to be luxury. I stayed here for the location, and on that front this place delivers. This hostel appears to primarily cater to the French. The dorm I stayed in was full of French provincial students who were studying in Paris, and they didn't want to know... More

Stayed here for a week in a double room with a friend. The room was clean and warm (it was December), the beds were comfortable enough, the staff were super friendly, and the bread at breakfast was delicious (seriously, I fail to see the problem with the breakfast: a hot beverage of your choice, plus cereal and all the bread... I'll start with the positive...the location! Close to the Seine, Notre Dame and many shops/cafes. I understand that Paris is expensive, however, at 29 euro a night this hostel is terrible. My friend and i first arrived at the Louvre BVJ to find that though she had booked and even been in email correspondence with them, there was no booking... More

It's what you'd expect if you booked a room at a hostel in Paris, I guess. You get your basics, and that it is. I got a single room (with a squeaky bed), with a shower and basin. The toilet is shared. The room is ABSOLUTELY basic. There are some sheets for the bed, and that is pretty much it.... More

The hostel itself isn't terrible, it's in a great location being 5 minutes away from the cathedral and close to so many other locations. The breakfast is awesome if you like good bread and they serve you your morning coffee in a huge bowl, so no complaints there. In the rooms the only problem would be that there is no... More

I stayed in this hostel for ten days or so and I loved it! The stuff is very kind and helpfull, they even helped me with my French wich isn't the best. Fellow travelers I met were also very friendly, we still keep in touch. The hostel is just a couple of minutes from the Sein and the Notre Dame... More

Have you ever heard of Quartier Latin (Latin Area)? If you haven't, all you need to know is that this is the area where you want to be when in Paris. There is just anything you want: monuments, shops, bars, people, restaurant and nightlife! This hostel is located right in this area, and most must-see are just a few steps... More

I loved the fact that the hostel is situated in the Quartier Latin, just a few minutes' walk from the Notre Dame, but what I did not like was the fact that the room I stayed in was equipped so as not to allow me to take a shower. The room had bunk beds and a seperate room with a... More
