Paris hotels are expensive. For Paris this hotel is budget friendly. I have stayed at other budget hotels in Paris and they were terrible. The Regyn's Montmarte was clean and comfortable. On our way to the hotel by car, we passed a street with second hand or extremly cheap clothing with all sorts of people hanging out there.
