We stayed at this hotel 4 days. Rooms are clean, rather new but small. Breakfast are quite good, it worth to spend 9 Euro per person. Location compared to price is good. Metro station is about 3 min walk. One line to center of Paris:)

Positives - Stayed in this hotel for 2 Nights. It was so clean and had a very Pleasant stay. Receptionist was so friendly and helped a lot. I would prefer to stay here again. Close to Metro station Negatives- Room Check-in was told as 12 PM but did not give the room until 2 PM which has wasted our time.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights (7-9th October). The immediate vicnity, at first sight looks a little unsophisticated but it is excellently situated for the Metro Line 7 being between Crimee and Corentin Cariou.
