Excellent service provided by reception and food and beverage. Hotel is convenient located especially if you have plans to visit London. I had to go to London and bought my tickets at Gerd Du which is 4 Metro station after from the hotel. Also the same metro line brings to Notre Dame, Louvre, etc.

Front desk at this hotel provided extremely good service and was very polite. This was not only at us but toward everyone. She definitely stands out amongst everyone. Aside from this, the hotel is okay, conveniently located close to a metro station on line #4. The area is rather shady so beware.

This hotel has only one elevator and it has not been working for the past 3 days. The chamber maids are doing a wonderful job having to carry large bags of towels up to 7 floors. Stayed in Ibis from 7th March to 11 March 2013. Rooms were very small, so small that you cant walk from one side to another withouit tumbling into something. They charge 9Euro's for breakfast but its not worth 9. its same stuff everyday (no variety) and you will be lucky to have anything left over if you go after 9am... More

Although area not great the convenience to transport was really good. All the staff during our four night stay were polite and extremely helpful with any assistance we requested including translations, attractions nearby and recommendations for restaurants. The room was small but very well appointed. Bathroom was spotlessly clean.
