For a one night stay we chose the smallest rooms, fine for children but a little tight for adults. ...this is a boutique hotel after all. make sure you request an inside room, ie. one not facing the street as the traffic on Victor Hugo gets a bit noisy in the morning. location is very convenient to both business and leisure, staff is helpful and prepared - price is a tad steep, but hey, this is Paris.

Nice rooms, good service and excellent location at a fair price. Highly recommend it. Only drawback is that you have to climb steep stairs from Victor Hugo Avenue, so if you have mobility restrictions this hotel is not for you.

Don't expect a smile or any extra effort from the staff there. The walls are very thin, so I could not sleep because of the other guests' noise. There were stains on the curtains and the shower leaks so that the whole bathroom was flooded. Breakfast at 15 Euro is a joke. Not going back.

I do not understand why people complain about this hotel! It is in the perfect location- shops, restaurants, the arc, walking distance from louvre museum and the Eiffel tower.
