On booking I was told that my credit card bounced and I couldn't make a booking. I found other accommodation and after returning home found that they had charged my credit card for a stay anyway. I contacted them by email to complain and got no response. No money back. No reply. Not happy.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We had a great time. The concierge Richard was great. He helped us out at every opportunity. Luxembourg train station is literally 75 metres away so the location is very convenient. A very nice clean and hospitable hotel. Highly recommended.
