We stayed in the Alcyon last year and it was very hard to find because nobody knew where it was and the rooms were very small and not that nice also the beds were very small. I would go there again because we would know where to find everything. And mc donalds is very near the hotel...
Have to say i was not impressed from the moment i stepped into the hotel,small, dingy with a musty almost damp smell in our{i have stayed in Paris a few times & know the rooms can be small} VERY small room.avoid...
I have stayed here previously and found it adequate and good value. However my most recent visit in September 04 was in a word dreadful. We were placed in a room beside reception desk which had no exterior door hence there was noise continously during the night which was in part caused by night staff themselves who had friends staying...
