This is the second time I've stayed in Hotel Kelber just a few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The first time was over 10 years ago. Recently refurb'ed - and top value for money. Staff speak English and receptive to my schoolboy french attempts :-)) Very helpful. Will go back

Spent 5 enjoyable days at the Kleber Hotel,Paris, brilliant location. Could walk to all the significant land marks etc. which was a bonus.
