This hotel allows good access to Paris transport systems, and is situated near many relatively inexpensive restaurants. I was greeted by a message, "are you OK with construction from 10am-4pm on your floor?" And, actually, I wasn't, and so I responded that I was not. The return, "sorry, there are no other rooms." The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Temperature control was erratic. Room service trays were left in the hallway for hours. For the money, you can do a lot better.
