The beginning of our stay was very nice; the room looked very nice, clean and with fresh renovation. it's perfectly located, 3 minutes from Mullen Rouge but very quiet. From negative impressions: unreasonable expensive breakfast, we ate at Starbucks near by 4 times cheaper. And we had very unpleasant arguing about payment for parking as it was written in our... The location of the hotel was in what seemed to be a seedy area. However it was extremely safe to walk the streets anytime of the day or night. Moulin Rouge is not even a half of a block away. Matisse (Hotel worker) was extremely nice and helpful. He is truly the reason why people want to go back and... More

The hotel and staff were very nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. It is one block from Moulin Rouge but the area seemed safe and we had no issues even walking in the neighborhood at night. We did not get the breakfast buffet included in the room rate and was VERY expensive if you want to pay for it... More

Hotel was easily accessible from the airport although did involve some walking from the bus stop. Hotel staff where very friendly, english speaking and helpful. We were in the annex building seperate to the main hotel and had a nice room albeit with a very strange downstairs bathroom! Location was ideal for the sites of Paris, we walked everywhere and... Tryp hotel is near the pigale area. Do not let this put you off. It is in a quiet corner of the street and noise is not a problem. Room are comfortable (even for american travellers) and clean. This is the only hotel in Paris (with a decent budget) that has normal space for its rooms. I stayed there for... More

We wanted to stay in paris another day and our original hotel was booked out so we came here fopr the last night. It was ok, pleasant staff and standard room with seperate bath. Excellent location with Metro on doorstep, 15 min walk to Opera and 30 min to Louvre. Ask for a quiet room. More

We have just come back from our 2nd trip to Paris. First time we stayed in St Germain; very classy but a little out of the thick of it. This time the location couldn't be more 'on the money'. Sure, there are sex shops and ladies of the night around, but this hotel is right next to the MOULIN ROUGE... More

We booked this hotel through eurostar and when we got there they denied all knowledge of our booking and it took us 2 hours to get Eurostar to confirm they had been paid in full for our rooms but as it was the Tour de France we know they had sold our rooms at a higher price and would not... More

Stayed for 2 nights end of July at a excellent room rate for Paris standards. When I arrived, the receptionist could not find the booking, however rooms were available, just had to find an adequate room with Twin beds. The staff wes very friendly and helpful, also equiring to if everything was fine. Stayed at g The Villa in the... More

We went here in may 2010 for an extended city break. The location of the hotel is very good, literally 50 meters away from the Moulin Rouge and the subway station. We arrived here during the night and the taxi driver couldn't see the entrance in the hotel since it's not that visible, but everything was ok in the end.... More
