The only plus point about this hotel was the proximity to the Metro station. On our first morning we decided to have breakfast, which was advertised as "American style".....Which turned out to be small overcooked sausages and some kind of egg!!! Thought I was sleeping on the rails of the tram passing outside. But the worse was the noise inside, the cleaning ladies kept banging the doors and yelling from room to room. The room are parisians: TINY! The good sides were the proximity to the TRAMWAY and to the Porte de versailles exhibition center and the breakfast buffet.

Wi-fi was advertised on internet, in the lobby and in the rooms, but there was not wi-fi in the hotel. Staff acted like you had imagined things, because there was never wi-fi in the Hotel, despite of showing them the leaflet that was in the room. Rooms were dark and bed was terribly uncomfortable. Only thing not disappointed was breakfast.

When I spoke to staff at reception about my concerns they were dismissive and uninterested. So, I'll list my problems and advise you to find somewhere else. Tidy, well located hotel. Good position for the Porte de Versaille, with the added bonus you can park a Luton sized vehicle on the roof. No restaurant in the evening, but surround by plenty. Would stay there again.

While the hotel is a bit too far away from the centre it is near a nice quiet residential area, and right opposit a metro. The rooms are clean and reception staff helpful, other than that we would not stay there again. The rooms are small, it looks like they have tried to cram as many rooms into the hotel... More
