This hotel was a disappointment for us. We got onto it through a mystery deal on the Wotif Website. We have done this many times and have always got something nice but this hotel should not be on the mystery deals. It is a run down, grotty hotel that needs a good clean. The bathrooms were particularly bad and moldy.... More

Just back from Paris (late on Tuesday 20 March 2012) and felt I had to write a review on this hotel. I had read the reviews before going - this was a Groupon deal, 3 night stay for me and my husband. The reviews I read were ranging from very bad and quite off-putting to very good. I was dreading what... More

Went here on a Groupon deal. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was shabby in its decor but the shower was excellent. Wi-fi is only available down in the hotel's lobby area. The breakfast was poor - you find yourself a table that probably has not been cleaned after the previous couple ate there, you find everything yourself... More

I booked this hotel as a package thru a reputable travel agent. As I have always booked my holidays online , I thought a travel agent would know better . This was a surprise for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday . Mommy & daughter trip! Boy was I let down! The hotel stated it was a 4 star , maybe... More

We were doing a Groupon 1 nighter travelling out on the Eurostar. We had slight difficulty in finding the hotel but I put that down to the google directions I had printed off. It is a 15 minute walk from the Monmatre Cemetry and only 10 minutes from the Centre of Paris by tube. We stayed the 1 night in... More

We got a deal with Villa Eugenie from Wotif saying that it would be 4 star hotel (never go for that deal with them btw). It is most 2 stars so I have no idea where they got 4 stars from. The room was tiny and needs a lot of renovation. It was dusty and had a bad motel feeling... More

The attempt at faded empire style is now jaded so it does not work as well as it should and could. Still think the hotel is fair value for money. French doors at entry, one of which is locked and the other on a strong hydraulic closer, presents problems when entering with luggage. Comment about not offering assistance, to the... More

sweet hotel, good rooms although a bit old, helpful staff. We paid for breakfast but made a mistake with our time difference and ended up coming about 2 minutes before the end of breakfast and they wouldn't let us have anything hot. Not bad location, short walk to metro and Paris is easy to navigate and get around from the... More
