We booked this Hotel 2 months in advance for Sat-Sun (1 night). When we arrived, we found the whole lobby/reception was locked and closed. The hotel never informed us that they would not be there upon our arrival. Outside the reception office was a lockbox. We assumed that our hotel key was inside.
