Rooms and bathrooms are little but nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The subway station is very close to the hotel. The breakfast is ok, but a bit expensive. The ventilaton system in the bathroom and the wi-fi network don't work very well. However the quality-price ratio is very good for a trip to Paris.

Clean but basic (for a supposed 4 star hotel). Great location and neighborhood. Really tiny rooms with free but inconvenient and slow wifi, missing the amenities of bigger busines hotels. But a comfortable place to stay nonetheless.

The location is good: 5 minutes from the Metropolitain and you can go everywhere. It's in the Montparnasse district, close to the Montparnasse Tower. Yes, the rooms are very small, even for Paris, and the bathroom could do with a bit of freshening up but we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, well located.... However.... Tiny rooms, low internet acces, expensive breakfast and terrible service during the night (the guy who attended us was not friendly). For being part of a reputable chain, I can certify that this was not one of my best experiences in a hotel in my life.
