Stayed 2 nights in the hotel with colleagues on a business trip and we all found the place very frustrating. Some of it was in the control of the hotel and some not. First, not in the hotel's control was the bad attitude of the local taxi drivers who refused to go to Paris Nord station or Charles de Gaule... More

We stayed here with a tour group. Rooms are fine... not classic Parisian, but more of a modern take. Breakfast buffet was fine. Location is great if you want to see the Eiffel Tower at night, as it's just a short walk to the base of the Tower.

Can't say enough about this property. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights. Staff was more than helpful, english was not a problem, lots of restaurants up and down Suffern, close to the tube and RER. Eiffel right around the corner, short walk will get you to most other sites... hop-on, hop-off at the Effel stop... Room was large enough... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and managed to see all the main sights easily from this location. The hotel itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were a little small but we didn't spend much time in it so that was fine for us. The bed was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast... More

Got a deal on the 'top secret hotel' and it was worth it. The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were a bit overpriced and the small breakfast was suitable for our requirements. The room was fine for what we needed - not one to spend time in; just for sleeping,... More

This was my first stay at this mercure, having stayed at one of their sister hotels in paris several times, and i have to say i'm really disappointed. This one is a lot lot bigger, but i don't think that's an excuse for the 24 hairs (oh yes) i found in the bathroom of the first room i checked into... More

This is our first stay in Paris, and the location is very good for the first sightseeing of Paris. Tour Eiffel is within 5 minutes walk, and there are also RER and Metro station around this hotel, which lead directly to the major spot, Louvre museum, Orsay museum, Arc de Triomphe, Palace of Versailles, and so on. The room in... More
