There is a metro right outside, the hotel is in a great location and the hotel itself is beautiful. I stayed in one of the suites in the hotel, room 601 and it was amazing. Didn't have much interaction with the staff but when I did they were very nice and couldn't do enough to help. Will definately return.

I've stayed here one night. Nice area to stay. Very good beds and room full of amenities. Free wifi, but it is a bit slow.

This is an excellent hotel. My husband and I stayed five nights in May 2012 and would definitely come back to this hotel. The rooms were functional, good size and very clean. The hotel is situated in a great location and you can walk to most of the sites. The breakfast buffet was good and a decent selection. The staff... More

Just returned from first trip to Paris. Trip was excellent, never enough time. Life there is wonderful, no rushing around, everyone very civil. My concern before the trip. after reading many reviews about hotels in Paris, were that the rooms were going to be very small. Welcome to the Ambassador. It was a beautiful, elegant hotel. It is situated close to... More

The room was clean, the bathroom roomy; however, you can't use a blow dryer in the bathroom! I checked with another couple staying there and they confirmed they couldn't use the dryer in the bath either. It was very awkward to stand in the main bedroom without a shelf and stand in front of a mirror to blow dry hair.... More

We stayed here on a three day pre-river cruise extension. Uniworld, the cruise line, made the reservation. The hotel was attractive with a comfortable lobby, large rooms, and attentive staff. The hotel was not able to accommodate my request for an early arrival. We had an inside room that was very clean wily path a very comfortable bed. The bathroom... More

I was very pleased with location of the hotel situated on one of the main avenues with lot of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and nice old buildings near Opera and Lafayette shopping centre, but on the other hand it was not too crowdy. The hotel areas and rooms were very nice, we had a business type of room which was... More

This is a very nice hotel. The food is great, wines are also good. The facade tells you that this is an old hotel. The elevators are small and narrow. But there are three of them. Location is in the Opera district. There are shops and cafes around so if you just want to hang back and relax, you could... More

I travel to Paris on business a couple of times each year, and I always choose to stay in this hotel. I appreciate that it's close to my office while still being close enough to Galleries Lafayette and Printemp to slip in a little shopping. The beds are quite comfortable, and I rarely notice any problems with noise. My only... More
