I've been to probably all the Philip Starck/Schrager hotels which all look great but lack substance- beautiful lobbies, indifferent staff and tiny, under furnished rooms. This one has it all. Amazing service, beautiful modern rooms, a very cool lobby bar, great restaurant, spa and gym.
