Stayed 5 nights. Typical Ibis Hotel. No frills but clean room, smallish naturally as in Paris. Requested extra pillows which were delivered immediately. Staff helpful with directions. I stayed at this hotel on the 26th may and had a ground floor room overlooking the garden area, which was adequate However, on my return journey on 1st June I was put on room 102 which smelled of stale smoke . We had to leave the window open for fresh air and in doing so there was very noisy... More

Clean hotel...nice lobby...didn't use the bar or breakfast as it was not open early in the morning ... desk help was not great when I asked them for directions...room was small but fine for the night I spent and bed was not too comfortable...but again..I was there for one night to catch an early train.

Stay for four nights. Rooms are standard, no surprise. Wifi connection is good The staff is friendly and helpful. Close to Gare de Lyon. Also there are many shops. A bit high price when the room are quite basic.

Well located has parking facilities pleasent quiert, needs to have more in terms of toilettries and tea/cofee making facilities. Has Internet facilities and a comfy reception area. We did not use the bar or the restaurant but execlent places to eat near by in Le Marais, Bastille and the famous Train Blue restaurant in Gare de Lyon close by

If you need to be near Gare de Lyon for some reason, it is well-located and convenient (even if the Holiday Inn is closer). Nice hotel, centrally located, experienced and friendly staff, refurbished public areas are now colorful and more customer oriented, although the new seating arrangement is not so practical for families as it used to be. Rooms are fine, but in my opinion, a small kettle for tea or coffee is an omission as well as a small safe or a fridge.... More
