Very central location walking distance to most sights. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and bathroom with hotwater. Friendly reception staff. Is in need of a refurb but we came to Paris to see the sights not to stay in the room ! Good breakfast would stay there again next time in Paris.

This is a centrally located hotel in a safe and interesting area, walking distance to many attractions including the Louvre. The decoration is traditional, atmospheric old Paris, but with every modern comfort including excellent bathrooms, security safe in the room, elevators etc. Helpful, polite service. We were fortunate to get an internet special deal.

I spent two nights here in te beginning of May 2013. The hotel obviously needs renovating, but it is in the very centre of Paris, has large rooms with 4 meters to the ceiling and spatious bathrooms, is clean, has friendly (but slightly untaught) staff.

I stayed here 20 years ago and this was a fine hotel. They changed the entrance and did not keep up with maintenance what a pity. Super location. Hot water not always there ,maid was good,and rooms are large. Owners of this hotel need to either sell this or fix it up. At least paint and replace some carpet.
