The hotel is in a nice area only 1 min from the nearest metro and for us here to see a concert at L'Olympia only 10 mins walk. Our room was a twin on 4th floor. Room was a decent size for Paris. Beds comfy and tea coffee facilities and a safe. The bathroom was badly designed and shower was one where we had to climb into bath and with a glass screen. Quite slippy when getting out. And both times the water wasnt very warm around 6pm. The male receptionists were both a little underwhelming. Never a bonjour or asking how stay was going. We reported our kettle leaked hot water all over shelf and carpet but it wasnt replaced. So being dangerous we went and asked for another one on the 2nd day. Maids forgot a 2nd bath towel after doing our room so had to go and ask again. Brealfast was ok but no sliced bread to make toast just hard rolls to eat with scrambled egg! No fresh fruit either. Basic breakfast and ours was included but wouldnt pay €15. May stay here again for the comfy clean room.

Very nice small little hotel in a great location. Room was clean with a great view over the rooftops of Paris. Couldn't ask for more. Nice breakfast in the cellar and nice staff. Great location close to metro. A bit pricey though. Would definitely stay here again.

Dear guest, Many thanks for your comment! We are delighted to read that our strategic location has brightened up your stay. Being close to the metro is a real asset for enjoying the city to its fullest. It is always a pleasure to hear that our guests were able to escape thanks to the view over the rooftops of Paris, a real romantic backdrop, as if you had one foot in the Paris sky, between the stars and the Haussmann chimneys. We are also touched by your appreciation of our tasty breakfast served in a vaulted room, whose exposed stonework evokes the authenticity of Parisian cellars. Your satisfaction with our friendly staff is the greatest encouragement to the whole team. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful Parisian stay. It was just amazing! We took the superior room and it was big and comfy, clean!! And everything is new. The reception is open 24/7 and everyone are so nice. There’s an iron in the reception that helped us very much. We loved it ! There’s a metro stop 1 minute of the hotel with line 8 and 9

the location is excellent with respect to the friend i was visiting apartment. the elevators are so tiny that 2 suitcases would not ride together with a person. while the room was clean it was also smaller than my closet at home. the street is a bit run down.

Tiny. Tiny room. No tea, coffee, nothing. No view. Like being in a cave. Not my favorite neighborhood. Staff not very friendly. It’s ok, for half the price. Once in your tiny room, you are really cut off. Nothing of interest in decor. Would not stay here again. Good thing… it’s quiet.

Great location - tucked away down a quiet side street - so central and really easy access to the metro and eateries. The room was probably the smallest we’ve ever stayed in - the door just cleared the bed! No tea or coffee making facilities which is such a shame. The room was very warm but did have a/c which was needed. En-suite a very strange shape - if you were of a larger size you would struggle using the toilet and the shower ! The walls were extremely thin - you could literally hear someone using the toilet in the next room and then flushing !!! A tiny lift - only one person at a time with luggage. However the room was clean and adequate for a few days where we were out most of the day sightseeing.

Great things about this hotel are location, and in a quiet street, room air conditioning so quiet, breakfast, and staff at front desk. My room had everything I needed but I think it was the most uninteresting hotel room I have ever stayed in!

This is a hidden gem of a hotel. Within easy walking distance of many major landmarks (the Lourve, etc) and surrounded by restaurant options. But surprisingly quiet - have not slept this well in weeks. The hotel itself is lovely. Although reception (and the lift) is snug, our standard room was surprisingly spacious. And had everything we needed - aircon, flat screen tv, minibar, safe, etc. Clean and comfy. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel Lautrec is the best kept secret in Paris.. Located on a quiet little street in a great neighborhood! The room was clean as was the bathroom, the staff very congenial and sooo helpful for finding our way around. Breakfast was just ok. The same thing was served daily, ham, salami, cheese, bread, etc., however, the fruit was from a can! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lautrec!
