Our rooms had recently been refurbished and were clean and spacious. Reception staff knowledgable & helpful about the area. Considering the locality, I thought the meals were good value for money. The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff were friendly and helpful...it was such a shame that the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress didn't provide adequate support, the pillows didn't help either, and the bed was too narrow and a little short. Such a shame.
