Have stayed at this hotel several times and had a good time. However my last visit was terrible. The room was of a very poor standard, the ceiling was cracked with paint falling off , the carpet very dirty, half the furniture seemed to be missing and worst of all was the most dreadful mildew smell coming from the bathroom.... A great stay. With our 2 year old we were looked after very well. The Breakfast was excellent too. Very helpful staff and rooms great. Would stay here. We stopped here on the way to switzerland skiing and would break the journey again in Reims. Good restaurants and a very good Carrefour supermarket before heading back to the UK.

The location of the hotel is pretty central, though to be in the center is not so difficult since the city is small. The furniture is not so new and the rooms was not very well cleaned. Internet didn't work.

The staff were very friendly even more so as I speak no french. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay perfect and to name 3 of the staff as they were exceptional--Louis-Mateus and the lovely Sandra Thanks Gang David Smith
