- Orleans Novotel

the standard room we have is quite small, almost the size of a Ibis hotel room. Bed for 2 adults is relatively small. I expect for a 3-stars hotel a standard size for double bed will be 160cm wide. Pity.
Hotel is clean and personels are all friendly. A kinect is installed and is very liked by our daughter.

I took 12 overseas people to this hotel (7 rooms) and was very disappointed.
We booked some twin rooms.. they were not made up when we arrived, they said "make them up yourselves" (sofa beds).
The Manager on duty had a terrible attitude and we were shocked to see him also serving us at dinner that night. It took him...

Haven't stayed in a Novotel for some years but disappointed at how all the standards have dropped. Room was standard Novotel layout but tired. Sorry to find that a hotel charging some 80-90 euros per night can only stretch to cardboard cups and wooden stirrers in the bedroom. (Even £19/night Travelodge and £29/night Premier Inn can stretch to china mugs...

Does what it says on the tin! We have stayed many times and it is a comfortable and well-run hotel - great place to break a journey. Flexible and friendly staff. Caters for vegetarians, though the range of options could be greater.
This is a good hotel to stay in if you're driving up to Calais and don't want to do the journey all in one go. We have stayed here several times and have always found it comfortable, clean and quiet. It's not particularly exciting, but for perfectly adequate for a night.
The rooms are as you would expect from this...

We have stayed in this hotel a few times and its consistently good at delivering what you would expect from a Novotel. Friendly and helpful reception where my rather poor French is rarely tested as English is spoken by most key staff. Room furnished as per a standard novotel and was clean and comfortable, with a travel cot set up...

We found this hotel after travelling up from the south and failing to find any Logis de france hotels open on a Sunday. It is a typical chain hotel, Novotel being better than many.
The receptionist was polite and efficient. The room was quite large, comfortable, with a settee, hot drinks equipment, minibar and wi-fi. Bathroom fine. Much like any...
