“Lovely staff”

I usually dislike chain hotels because they can be all the same. This was nice because of the friendly staff and nice bar area. Room was bright and airy and 5 mins walk to city centre. Orleans has lawns under the trams!

“totally creepy....don't book ibis hotel”

this is worst hotel ever I lived in....worst is they provide a limited wifi (only 200MB) WTF?? Pl. don't even think of booking here....also very huge price & no amenities..... totally creepy....

Excellent, friendly service, good rooms for those prices, clean and perfectly organized breakfast. The location next to the train station is ideal, usually you can walk to the center (some 15 minutes), but it was raining a lot, so I took public transport that stops in front of the hotel.

We find the Ibis chain gives us reliable standards at a reasonable rate and this hotel does just what it says on the tin with friendly helpful sevice as well.
