This hotel offers exactly what you may expect from a Mercure hotel : decent rooms (mine was quite spacious) , good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Only small problem is that you get some noise from the room above (you hear people walking). The hotel is located close to the city center which is quite convenient as well.

service was very slow in all areas and the heating did not work at all, not good in december. The hotel was not busy when we stayed so not sure how they would cope if they were busy. Value was good because we had a special deal esle it wouls of been vert expensive considering the above problems

good location, pleasant staff, food good, only problem was with air conditioning which was too hot and could not be altered. Opening window was too noisy.We received a discount on rack rate- without this room would have been poor value

Each year we stay in this hotel on our way to the sunny south... Always a nice welcome and pleasurable stay. Clean and noiseless rooms, good parking and a nice swimmingpool right beside the restaurant. The hotel is situated very near to the highway though almost in the center of the nice, old town of Orleans.

The hotel is conveniently located with secure parking, Overall the hotel & service is very good, the food is excellent and the rooms are large. The only drawback is that the second bed in a twin bedded room is a sofa bed and not as comfortable as the main one. Apart from this I would recomend the hotel
