Stayed for one night on the way back home to UK from further south. I've stayed at many towns along the Loire, and many seem to have good, traditional, town centre hotels like this - no frills, a bit faded around the edges, but exactly what a French hotel should be like. We traveled to Blois on motorcycles and the very helpful receptionist got us sorted with the bikes into their garage, she waited patiently while we unloaded and was very pleasant.
