An 1872 merchant’s house in the heart of a Burgundy village, a wonderful garden (with boules pitch), with views of the old church, the neighboring hills and the Serein valley; close to many tourist sites: Fontenay Abbey, Vezelay, Chablis, Beaune, Dijon and the nearby Morvan Park.
