We booked this hotel as it said it had disabled access. The reality was 5 steps to the entrance. The accommodation was on 3 floors but the small lift only covered 2 floors, 1/2 way between each, so you were faced with either a walk down or a walk up the room. The foyer looked very tired and smelt damp....
