Charming guest house. Fantastic bed, very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. Delicious breakfast, with home made cakes, croissant, bread, fruit, yogurt. Bear in mind that they don't do savoury, it's continental breakfast only. The house is in a lovely area, and rather close to the centre of town, 20 min walk or 3 stops on the tram. Highly recommended.

I stayed over for 4 nights as a business guest. The quality of the room, the breakfast, and the care of the owner was over expectations. I truly can recommend this Chambre d'hotel to all looking for peaceful and quality sejour in Bordeaux, however please consider booking here if you are a noisy couple or have noisy kids. (This is... My husband and I were in Bordeaux for a wedding in September stayed over the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the care the owners took not only to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed, but also with the decoration of the rooms and entire house. The house seems recently renovated and we... More

This 'chambre d'hotes' is slightly outside the main touristic centre of Bordeaux but within walking distance. The Jardin Public, for instance, is about ten minutes on foot. The rooms have been recently redone with nice décor and double glazing everywhere and the rooms facing the street are quiet also. The welcoming is discreet and the host provided good information about... More

What a wonderful find. Francois and Chantal's home has been lovingly restored to perfection. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable with nice modern ensuites and amenities. They are perfect hosts. Friendly, helpful, great restaurant suggestions and best of all, Chantal's fabulous breakfasts! The house is a short stroll to the centre or a 5 minute tram ride. We will certainly recommend... More

We had such a delightful stay at Les Chambres de Camille! We stayed in the Jardin Public room and it was perfect - clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet. Francois and Chantel are wonderful, kind hosts. They made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful with their knowledge of the city. We only had one afternoon and evening and they helped... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this beautiful house. Francois and Chantel made us very welcome and were very helpful with regards to how we could get the best out of our short stay in this lovely city. We stayed in the room Miroir d'eau which was spotlessly clean, light, airy, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.... More

This is a very lovely B & B and although it may see like it is a bit out of the way the tram gets you quickly and easily to the main part of Bordeaux. The room was very cute - we had the red one and the bed was OK. We stayed in Bordeaux to go on a wine... More

This B&B has it all. The host and his wife really make you feel welcome. They speak English very well and we had many interesting conversations. The location is excellent. Quay des Chartrons and the centre of Bordeaux are within 15-20 minutes walking distance and the tram is just a few hundred meters away. We did not have any problem... More

We just got back from France and had a wonderful trip. We spent two nights here on Camille Godard. The room (and the entire home) is lovely and decorated beautifully. Comfortable bed, great shower, lots of little touches like bottled water and helpful tour guide magazines. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer and spoke such wonderful English. (This was welcome...
