This is a great value hotel. Excellent location, just across the road from Strasbourg's train station. The room and the private bathroom were both spacious and clean. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. She even recommended a very good typical local restaurant. The breakfast buffet was very good and tasty.

Very nice hotel with nice design, comfortable bed, very helpful and friendly hotel stuff. The quality can be rated a 4 stars (compare to other European 3 stars hotels). Little critique would be that the room is a bit noisy. But it didn't bother us too much after tiring day travelling and visiting the towns.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good English. They were able to direct us with using the trams. We intended to stay 2 nights an ended up staying 4 nights because we loved the hotel and Strasbourg.
