The hotel feels a bit dated and could use some updating to the decor, but the location (literally right across the street from the train station and blocks from downtown) is fantastic. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful, and they understood we didn't speak French and it wasn't a big deal, so overall a very fine experience.
