We stayed for two separate nights. On the first, the two ladies on duty at reception intereacted between themselves more than to their guest. This was disappointing but may have been due to inexperience. On the second night, the lady on the reception was excellent - German I think - and my wife and I felt most welcome. Thank you. More

There's really nothing wrong with this hotel. It's handy for central Colmar, and has its own secure parking.
