We stayed for 1 night. Booked 2 rooms through late rooms...had few problems with the booking (not hotels fault). Carla on reception was very helpful...upgraded us to premier room with city view. Room was great size, bathroom was huge-with great shower and bath. Was very clean throughout and most of the staff were very helpful...service at breakfast slow but food...

Had an amazing weekend made by the quality of this hotel. Easy to find and park, wonderful room with the biggest hotel bathroom you've ever seen. The thermal spa is well worth a visit, could do with more of an explanation of the protocol from the Spa staff. This hotel is so well located for Manchester City Centre and the...

Wonderfully located next to Piccadilly Station: walking distance of c100 mtrs.. Superior rooms are huge and with wonderful bathrooms. Food nothing exceptional, and expensive. Similarly, alcohol overpriced. However, all tolerated because of wonderful deals on Laterooms. Rack rate of £235 can be as low as £82. Best value in Manchester.

Bit of a queue for breakfast,...

I only stayed one night in this hotel. However, the room was excellent, modern, clean and great large sized bed. Bathroom was fabulous, great walk in shower.
Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
Only drawback was the queue for breakfast - although it was a good breakfast

I booked a room for my sister and myself in April through late rooms. There was no option for twin beds - just doubles or singles so I rang the hotel direct. Yes - they said - of course we have twin-bedded rooms. No problem. We arrived last Saturday. Would you like a double bed they said. No, I said....
