Had a very nice stay here last Summer. Clean and Modern. Staff very polite, helpful and friendly. Bar staff particularly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their jobs. Big standard rooms. Had a tasty meal through room service. All good, just nothing stood out particularly, hence the very good rating rather than excellent.
