I booked this hotel to be near Manchester Piccadily Station as I had a bad leg (recent ruptured achilles tendon) and it was quite a walk with a bad leg and poor directions from the hotel web site! However the Hotel itself was good for a budget hotel. I booked two nights via lastminute website and received a very good... More

An excellently positioned hotel five minutes from Piccadilly, especially if at the conference centre (attached) or the university (fifteen minutes walk). The centre is also about fifteen minutes walk. The local nightlife is near too. Canal Street is a few minutes away, chinatown ten minutes and real ale enthusiasts can reach the Briton's Protectorate in ten minutes. As my visit... More

Hotel at the centre of things, parking a bit too pricey but just around the corner, great for a city centre travel by train weekend break, picadilly rail station 5 mins walk, china town restaurants 5 mins walks. Even on the night City won the Premier League noise not a problem, I guess if you want a noiseless weekend stay... More

Stayed at this hotel recently also booked it at last minute. All staff were friendly and attentive and hotel is very clean throughout! Its a bit confusing to find as the biggest signs outside door are for Manchester Conference Centre, with a small Days Hotel sign....The reception area, business suite and lounges are nicely laid out and spacious. My only... More

A lovely hotel. Very pleased with our room. Furnished to a high contemporary standard, very stylish. Very clean, nice shower. Staff very pleasant. Room compact but cleverly designed. Our main disappointment was the meal in the restaurant. It was dire! Advertised as menu of the week, Italian week, the main course recommended to usby the waiter was Wood fired Chorizo... More

Stayed here for a training course, sound proofing dreadful, noise from the students next door kept me up until 5am. Could hear the noise of the neighbours using the toilet. The extractor fan in the shower area was really noisy and went on for in excess of 15 mins after you switched off the light. Staff member asked me about... More

Was in Manchester for work and this hotel was close to where my meeting would be held. Got a very good deal on the room, which was very comfortable. Had a double room with a good bathroom and very comfortable bed. Had a quiet room on the top floor which was perfect. Will stay here if I come to Manchester... More

I went for a weekend away to manchester with my partner and stayed at the days hotel. The hotel is in a brilliant location. It is a 10 minute walk from picadilly train station but on this occasion we took the car and were able to park in a NCP across the road and paid only £9 Fri to Sun.... More

We chose this hotel because it is relatively near both the Manchester Apollo and Picadilly Station, and seemed to offer good value. The rooms are small, and have the feel of student accommodation, but they are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Best of all was the breakfast, which puts many so-called... More
