Good location, clean, rooms could easily be upated without too much effort, some parking but check first as not enough if its busy. you may need to park on the mainroad. we were ok. breakfast good and served to you, not a buffet which we prefer. friendly staff

very clean hotel with lovely food (i would highly recommend the room service). However the biggest flaw of the hotel is the road noise from the parade. My room (42) was up in the eaves with a big skylight window. At first I wasn't impressed because the room felt very small and you have to kind of maneuver around the loo to get in the bath. Towels were a bit tired but bed linen was crisp and clean. But the room and the hotel grew on me... More
