Just had a nights stay together with a couple of friends. Super place to stay, very nice rooms, very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Leamington Spa.

Very nice place, excellent friendly service, very clean & good food - vegetarian cooked breakfast provided even though not on the menu. I had a twin room for sole use at the back of the house & it was very quiet even though there were quite a few other rooms occupied. No complaint at all.
