Arrived at this hotel after a long journey from Cornwall and being stuck in traffic to be greeted by very friendly helpful staff........check-in easy and straightforward.....room clean and quiet......this helped us have a very relaxing experience. “Don’t use if you want a guaranteed bed at this hotel”

We booked and paid in full 8 days before our overnight stay. Upon arrival at reception we were advised that the hotel was full, regardless of our e-mail confirmation, no bed was available!!! “Good, friendly & nice hotel”

Had a good customer experience when I stayed here - staff are very well presented, friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and well presented and the shower was high pressure and enjoyable (makes all the difference early in the morning!). Wasn't looking forward to going to Dartford heard there was a tunnel and that was it , however the hotel was good and the manger Anthony very helpful about what do do in the area so overall despite the fact it wasn't the west end a good time was had by all
