From the initial enquiry to breakfast the day after the wedding reception last weekend, the service we have received form the staff has been stupendous. Thank you Sara, Fil , Brian, chef and the rest of the team for making our party so wonderful. This hotel may be 3 stars : but we received nothing but 5 star service!!

Held a birthday party at the hotel last weekend. The function room, staff, facilities, and food were excellent. As one of my friends put it they have managed to achieve a high quality formal setup with a personal informal feel. Would recommend and go back there again.

This is a convenient hotel just off the M2, the room was very spacious and comfortable, reception were polite and helpful, dining experience was good although the lighting was a little to dark for my liking, certainly use again

To find a hotel that isn't just the same old places great and some of the rooms are really rather brilliant. Stayed at this hotel for one night. We were greeted by Rosita on reception. She was lovely and made us feel really welcome. Room was great nice and spacious although a little noisy from room above. We would stay here again but wouldn't say £12 each for breakfast there is a great whetherspoon near by!!

I booked here for the first time to visit new clients because of the reviews and they're on the whole fair. Good staff and a clean feel about the place made it a nice stay.
