Located near downtown and large shopping areas. I appreciated the “Quiet Zones” to encourage guests to respect others. The service reception employees were also very helpful and friendly. Overall a good place to stay, but the hot water (in the shower and sink) was too hot.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location - easy walking distance to theatre, shopping centre and lots of restaurants. Plenty of parking at 30p an hour between 7am and 6pm, which was fine.
