I stayed overnight at the Hilton Hotel Basingstoke while attending a family birthday party, the special rates for guests attending social events at the hotel were very attractive. The Hilton satisfied every need that I would expect from an Hilton Hotel. Highly recommended. The best Basingstoke hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in most of them.

The staff are friendly at all times of day/night. Room service were quicker than predicted and great food. Rooms are average for a hotel like this but the beds were really uncomfortable, only one pillow which again wasnt the best (glad we brought our own pillows). Would recommend for anyone looking to spend 1 night

This hotel was fine for our purposes but frankly is not really in line with expectations from the Hilton brand. In addition, we booked several weeks ahead with the assurance that our room would be in a completely different area to the one we were eventually given.
