I purchased a 'special offer' afternoon tea for friends as a treat - they were very disappointed. The staff treated them as second class citizens! Compared to other afternoon teas it was not up to scratch, i.e. no butter for the cheese scone, unexciting cakes and no offer to refill the teapot. Would not recommend unless you are desperate. More
